Sergio Paluch has led product teams for over a decade. Sergio had his start at Google and went on to establish the design methodology for an interactive startup in San Francisco. Having been an early employee and founder of several startups, often while consulting, Sergio saw the opportunity to go beyond product, and combine these two worlds to build out viable businesses for clients.
Since co-founding Boom Factor, Sergio has served as co-founder and Chief of Product for several startups, including AtmaGo, a non-profit that he grew to over 200K users. He serves as an advisor to a handful of startups and currently sits on the board for AtmaGo.
Sergio holds degrees in economics and physics from Dartmouth College and an M.A. in development economics from Boston University.
Kimmy Paluch has spent her career combining her software engineering, experience design and marketing experience to drive products from concept to launch and beyond. Prior to co-founding Boom Factor, Kimmy served as product designer and project manager for a web development startup in San Francisco. She later served as Senior Brand Manager for LeapFrog Enterprises where she developed a new global gaming division with focus on whitespace innovation.
Since co-founding Boom Factor, Kimmy has founded TennisMe, an e-commerce tennis platform turned web publication, and (along with Sergio) is currently working on ForKeepz, a mobile marketplace for trusted networks.
Kimmy holds degrees in computer science and Spanish from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management.
